Michelle is a skilled commercial property lawyer based in the Lane Neave Queenstown office.
She has a broad range of legal experience across the areas of succession planning, rural and residential conveyancing, sale and purchase of businesses, relationship property, trust and estate administration, leasing and land development. She has particular experience with complex subdivisions and matters involving the Reserves Act 1977 and Public Works Act 1981.
She takes a solutions-focused approach to property work and provides advice to a wide range of clients including individuals, local authorities and large corporate entities.
Michelle was named as a 2022 Rising Star by NZ Lawyer and was an Excellence Awardee (Young Private Practice Lawyer of the Year) in the 2021 NZ Law Awards.
Michelle also has an interest in aviation law, in particular the acquisition and sale of aircraft, and is a member of the Aviation Law Association of Australia and New Zealand.
