Sarah specialises in resource management and environmental law and has a particular background in major projects. She has extensive experience acting on a range of matters for infrastructure providers, developers, and local authorities. Sarah routinely provides advice in relation to resource consenting, designations, plan changes, plan reviews and appeals arising out of those processes.
Sarah also regularly undertakes due diligence for both local and international investors and vendors, and has experience providing advice in relation to contamination and overseas investment in land.
Prior to joining Lane Neave, Sarah worked at a major New Zealand law firm in Auckland, and has previously also worked in both public and private in-house roles in London.
