Pete Dwan leads Lane Neave’s management functions and is responsible, with the Partners, for driving forward the firm’s strategy and growth.
His role covers all aspects of the firm’s business responsibilities, including leadership of Lane Neave’s support services.
A key part of his role is to ensure the firm has systems and processes in place to fully support our broad team of lawyers in providing high quality legal services to our clients.
In his role, Pete works closely with the Finance, Human Resources, Communications, IT, and Office Support teams to ensure their efforts contribute to Lane Neave achieving its overall vision and strategy.
