Hygeia has been with Lane Neave since 2016 and co-leads Lane Neave’s China Business practice.
As a result of her professional and practical experience in problem solving, relationship building and extensive knowledge of both New Zealand and Chinese markets, she has developed excellent relationships with connections in China as well as in New Zealand. Hygeia has proven practical skills, knowledge and experience in:

Hygeia is fluent in Mandarin and conversational in Cantonese. She enjoys applying pragmatic solutions to help clients, both private and corporate. During her years of experience in both business and legal profession, she has worked with many key organisations, including a number of public listed companies. Hygeia works closely with teams across the firm in providing advice on a wide range of commercial, corporate and property matters.
Hygeia works closely with the Chinese Consulate Offices in New Zealand, assisting the Chinese community when issues arise for them. To recognise her contribution to New Zealand Chinese community, Hygeia was invited by the Chinese National Government to participate in the first seminar for elite overseas Chinese legal professionals in 2018.
