She advises clients on a range of commercial matters, including corporate affairs, funding and capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, projects and commercial contracts. Ellen works with clients in both the public and private sector.
Her strong commercial focus combines with a talent for engaging with clients, enabling her to fully understand their business and specific commercial goals.
Ellen likes to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, and aims to achieve top results without overcomplicating matters. She was a Partner at another national firm before joining Lane Neave.
