Elisabeth Giles is a Senior Solicitor in the Christchurch Employment Law Team. Elisabeth specialises in employment law and also has experience in family law, gained during her time working in Auckland.
Elisabeth graduated from Auckland University of Technology with an LLB (Honours, First Class) and PGDip in Brand Communication, and also has a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and History) from Auckland University.
Elisabeth’s experience across employment and family law has provided her with valuable skills and insight into solving complex personal and legal problems.
Within the Employment Law Team, Elisabeth advises employers and employees on a range of employment related matters, particularly raising and responding to personal grievances, preparation for Mediation and Employment Relations Authority hearings, and drafting bespoke employment agreements and workplace policies.
Elisabeth enjoys getting to grips with new and emerging areas of employment law and has a particular interest in privacy law.
