Caroline leads our communications and marketing functions, collaborating with our people to drive their respective business practices, and enhancing Lane Neave’s reputation and brand through a variety of channels.
She’s responsible for the majority of our internal and external communications, including maintaining and growing our digital presence, and coordinating and promoting client events. She helps to shape the firm’s strategic communications decisions, drives the creation of quality content and leverages sponsorship opportunities.
Caroline is the point of contact for media and advertising queries, and is always seeking opportunities to build positive, collaborative partnerships.
With qualifications in journalism, public relations and the arts, Caroline has extensive strategic marketing and communications experience across a broad range of industries and organisations, including private enterprises, government agencies, local government and not-for-profit organisations.
She is the Chair of Lane Neave’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, with a specific focus on championing diversity & inclusion, and sustainability initiatives.
