Lane Neave is proud to reveal that one of its newest Partners, James Cochrane, has been recognised by NZ Lawyer as a “changemaker” in its 2023 Most Influential Lawyers rankings.
A Partner in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Web3 & Digital Assets teams at Lane Neave, James has worked on some of New Zealand’s most notable insolvencies and high-profile commercial matters. He is also deeply passionate about Web3, blockchain and digital assets: “The crypto specialty has grown because I am especially interested in the topic and want to do more legal work in relation to it.”
James takes his place among a pool of high achievers, recognised within five categories: Changemakers; Business; Human rights, advocacy and criminal law; Young influencers; and Government/non-profits/associations. Each nominee is required to provide examples of their accomplishments and contributions to the legal profession.
