An eight percent annual drop in carbon emissions means we have been re-certified as a Toitū carbonreduce organisation for the third year.
This year’s result is a tribute to the efforts of everyone at Lane Neave who are committed to taking meaningful environmental action.
Toitū carbonreduce is an independent verification of our carbon emissions and supports us to put strategies in place to manage and reduce impacts. Total emissions this year were 337.30 tCO2e, which is 8% lower than last year’s total of 366.11 tCO2e.
As part of the programme, we undertake a rigorous independent carbon audit annually to gain a clear picture of our carbon emissions.
