We recently welcomed Partner Joshua Jones to the Lane Neave team, further consolidating our Auckland presence, along with strengthening our expertise in banking, restructuring and insolvency.
Working out of our central Auckland office, Joshua brings a wealth of national and international experience to the firm. This includes advising banks, private equity sponsors, corporates and non-bank lenders, plus extensive international experience in cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance.
Our Auckland team has grown to almost 45 people over the past 10 years, and Joshua’s appointment highlights a commitment to expanding our reach and capability in the region, says Managing Partner Andrew Shaw.
