Event: immigration deep dive

Let us help you navigate recent changes to the Accredited Employer Work Visa Programme – the process and potential issues.

Now that the dust has settled on the changes announced by Immigration New Zealand in April, join us for this focus session.

  • WHERE: Lane Neave head office, Level 5, 141 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch
  • WHEN: 5.30 – 7pm, Tuesday 11 June

Lane Neave Partner and immigration law expert Rachael Mason will cover:

  • key changes to be aware of when sponsoring migrant workers/securing AEWVs and accompanying employer obligations
  • insights on what these changes are likely to mean for employers and migrants
  • the accreditation renewal process and issues to be aware of when making these applications
  • tips, tricks and common pitfalls to look out for when engaging with the visa process.

The event will begin at 5.30 pm with drinks and nibbles, followed by the seminar from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Due to the in-person nature of the event, space is limited, so please register as soon as possible to guarantee a place.
