Individuals representing legal entities will be required to provide identification. This includes people with management and control of the entity; shareholders with more than 25% ownership; and people instructing on behalf of the legal entity.
There may be circumstances where additional information is required and these will be discussed with you as appropriate to the work we undertake for you. As a minimum we will require for the legal entity:

Trusts are required to provide the Trust Deed, along with any subsequent amendments to ensure the most current Settlor and Trustees are identified. If you are a Settlor, Trustee or Trust Manager representing a trust, you will be required to provide identification.
Source of wealth of the Trust is also required. This refers to how the Trust obtained its assets. Please refer to examples of documents that can be used to evidence the source of assets for your Trust in the section ‘Source of Wealth/Source of Funds‘.
