Josh is a specialist immigration lawyer who delivers pragmatic and sound advice to Lane Neave’s private and corporate immigration clients.
He is experienced in advising employers and employees, private individuals and families on a broad range of immigration matters, including investor visas, residence class visas, work and study visas, employer accreditation, character and medical waivers, section 61 requests and requests to the Minister of Immigration for special directions.
Josh’s extensive experience provides him with a unique perspective and set of skills when advising on immigration applications. This experience includes practising corporate law at a leading firm, working as a specialist immigration lawyer and most recently leading the legal function of the New Zealand Government’s international business development/investment attraction agency, NZTE.
