Holly also acts as an independent workplace investigator, investigating allegations of bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, misconduct and other employee conduct concerns.
Known for her pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, Holly works closely with clients to identify practical pathways forward while balancing legal risk, commercial realities and broader workplace considerations. She is focused on achieving early, commercially sensible resolutions wherever possible, helping clients avoid the cost and uncertainty of litigation.
Holly regularly represents clients at mediation and has acted in matters before the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and Human Rights Review Tribunal. She also co-hosts employment law workshops and presents seminars on developments in employment law.
