Patrick Heath is a Senior Solicitor in the Wellington Commercial Property Team. He graduated from the University of Canterbury with a LLB and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics).
Patrick comes to Lane Neave from a general practice legal firm in Hawke’s Bay, with experience advising clients on buying, selling, subdivision, leasing and financing of residential and commercial property.
His advice is pragmatic, commercially minded, and focussed on the critical details that are essential to success.
Patrick is a member of the Law Association of New Zealand’s Documents and Precedents Committee, which is responsible for work on the most widely used property transaction documents in the country.
